Refund & Return Policy

At Bend Beauty Spa, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their purchase and experience. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and non-refundable items.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item is not listed as non-refundable or final sale (see Section 2).
Eligible returns may receive a refund or an exchange of equal value upon inspection and approval.
2. Ineligible Purchases (No Refunds or Exchanges)
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift Cards
Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
- Services already rendered, including spa treatments and facials
If you’re unsatisfied with your service, we may offer a corrective solution at management’s discretion.
- Purchases made using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) financing such as Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna
These transactions are governed by third-party financing agreements and are considered final sale.
- Used devices, skincare products, or personal care items
For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been opened or used is not eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at management@bendbeautyspa.com with the following:
- Your name
- Order number or proof of purchase
- A brief reason for return
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
4. Refund Method & Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
- For approved exchanges, the replacement item will ship once the original item is received and confirmed eligible.
5. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not qualify for a refund and may incur a partial or full service fee.
