Bend Beauty Spa offers an SMS messaging program to provide customers with service-related communications. This program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support messages to individuals who have booked an appointment through our website at https://bendbeautyspa.com, our scheduling tools, or related service forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-in consent is collected through web forms, booking systems, or other written or electronic methods that include a clear SMS consent disclosure and affirmative action (such as a checkbox). SMS messages are limited to communications directly related to services requested by the customer.
