What's the cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may not qualify for a refund and may incur a partial or full service fee.
Can I reschedule instead of canceling?
Yes, just call or text us at 541-588-3574 at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find you a new time.
What if a service has already been performed?
Services already rendered are not eligible for a refund. If you're unsatisfied, we may offer a corrective solution at management's discretion.
Do I need to prepay?
Some offers include a deposit or prepayment at booking; details are shown on the specific offer or booking page.
Treatment questions
Is it painful?
No. Most clients describe the RF portion as a warm massage; many fall asleep during the session. There are no needles and nothing breaks the skin.
Are there any side effects or downtime?
You might see mild, temporary redness from the warmth, and it typically settles within an hour. You can go straight back to your day, makeup and all.
What is an RF facial?
Radio-frequency delivers gentle heat 2-4 mm into the skin, where collagen lives. That warmth signals your skin to remodel and rebuild its own collagen, which firms and lifts over the following weeks. The technology has been used worldwide since 2001.
Can I get an RF facial if I've had fillers or Botox?
In most cases yes, with proper timing after your injections. Every first visit includes a free 1-on-1 skin consult, and we'll map the treatment around your history.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients notice an immediate tightening after the first session. The deeper change builds over 4-8 weeks as new collagen forms, and results compound with a series.
Is RF safe for all skin types?
RF does not target pigment, so it's considered safe across skin tones and types. Your consult screens for the few contraindications, like active skin infections or certain implanted devices.
Can RF help with under-eye bags or sagging skin?
Sagging along the jawline, cheeks and brow is exactly what RF is for. For the delicate under-eye area we adjust depth and intensity, and pair it with lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness.

No. Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Payments & financing
Do you take Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes, we accept Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna. These purchases are governed by the financing agreement and are final sale.
Can I return retail products?
Unused retail products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Used or opened items are not eligible for return.
